Notes from our kitchen
We first launched this flavor in 2021, in collaboration with our friends at The Truffleist, makers of handcrafted truffle products in Long Island City, Queens. Jamie and Jimmy, both with deep roots in the restaurant world, joined their culinary expertise to create a granola that elevates far more than just breakfast bowls. Think savory salads, comforting soups, cheese boards, mac & cheese, and so much more. These days, it’s rare to find truffle products that contain 100% real truffle—but with this granola, we bring you only the good stuff, just as it should be.
